Kentucky Military Institute alumni gather for reunion

VENICE – When the Kentucky Armed service Institute chose Venice as its long term wintertime property in 1932 it gave the town a wanted increase soon after the Terrific Melancholy and started off a romantic relationship that lasted pretty much 40 several years. On Thursday, previous KMI students will descend on the city to begin a 3-working day all-course reunion.

The entire time at armed service faculty “was likely the ideal three decades of my existence,” claimed Bill Victor, president of the KMI Alumni Institute, and a member of the course of 1969. “Venice is truly pricey to all people in the college mainly because it was a one of a kind working experience – we beloved the city of Venice, persons greeted us with open arms, constantly.”
